Meet the Team

Alex joined digdat in June 2023 as a UI/UX Designer with 7 years of experience in the design industry, working as a freelance designer at a digital agency prior to joining the business. Alex works also works across our sister brand, Geodesys.

In his spare time, Alex likes to play golf, listen to podcasts and spend time with his family and friends.

Emma joined digdat in 2017, having previously worked in marketing for a large media and entertainment company, in the food industry and also the NHS.

Emma is responsible for the day-to-day marketing, organising events, planning social media strategy and creating and implementing marketing collateral.

‍

In her spare time, she enjoys baking (and eating!) cakes, long walks in the country, travelling and spending as much time as possible with friends and family.

Lauren joined digdat in February 2023 as Product Owner, having previously worked as a marketing manager at a health tech company specialising in nutrition software for the academic research sector and healthcare markets.

‍

Outside of work, Lauren spends time at her allotment, brunching with friends and watching the F1.

Abhinav joined digdat in 2023 after briefly working as a UI/UX designer at a design agency, doing contract work for business management, wellness and user research companies.

‍

As a UI/UX designer he is responsible for the research, design and development of digdat websites and products. Abhinav leverages his psychology background and knowledge of human behaviour to create user-friendly interfaces.

‍

In his spare time Abhinav likes to play the guitar, play video games with his friends, and beating his colleagues at fantasy premier league.

Ed is digdat Technical Lead and has been with the business for over 25 years. Ed supports Software Developers and Product Owners, helping shape the technical and strategic direction of the digdat offering.

David joined digdat in 2025 as Agile Delivery Manager, working across the digdat Communications and Asset Protection products.

Previously, David has worked across all areas of product delivery, predominantly in the telecommunications and financial industries, in both the UK & Australia. He is passionate about developing people as well as developing good products.

Outside of work, David enjoys time with family and friends, loves to travel and enjoys most sports.

Tim started working for the Anglian Water Group as a Graduate Management Trainee in 1993, since which he has held multiple management roles within the business including Business Manager for Anglian Water Direct, Head of Strategy and Development for Geodesys and Strategy and Development Director of TIDE Services.

‍

In January 2021 Tim took on the role of TIDE Services Managing Director where he is responsible for the growth and development of digdat, as well as other brands in the business.

‍

In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time outdoors and whenever possible heads for the hills to ski, bike or climb.

Sandie started with Anglian Water Group back in 2006 within Strategic Asset Management as a Development Analyst. She moved over to digdat in 2010 as Product Development Manager to enhance product offerings introducing the digdat Utilities chargeable self-service solution.

In 2016 Sandie took on the role of Application Support Manager, to provide first and second line support, improve data quality and the maintenance of national and asset data sets for all contracts, websites, systems and services.

‍

Sandie has a zest for overseas travel, taking every opportunity available to immerse herself in everything that a country has to offer, embracing their culture, customs and not forgetting the cuisine!

‍

Steve joined TIDE Services in October 2022 and is Head of Business Development, Utilities. His role is focused on building on Digdat's strong commercial growth over the past four years by developing new markets, partnerships and revenue opportunities across the utility and local authority sectors.

‍

Before joining TIDE, Steve was Commercial Director at a technology company specialising in data integration, messaging services and lone-worker solutions.

‍

Outside of work, Steve is a keen sports fan and photographer. He also volunteers as a team manager at his local athletics club and coaches the girls' and women's teams at Market Bosworth RFC.

Ellie is Commercial Operations Director at TIDE and digdat. She brings extensive experience from within the Anglian Water Group, where she has worked since 2008.

Ellie began working with the digdat brand as Marketing Manager over 15 years ago, having previously held marketing roles across a variety of industries, including the property sector with Taylor Wimpey.

‍

She became Head of Marketing in 2018 and was later promoted to Head of Business for Geodesys in 2021.

‍

With a strong commercial and strategic focus, Ellie now leads the delivery of TIDE's commercial operations, overseeing business development, product, marketing and design functions across Geodesys, digdat and Anglian Water Direct. She plays a key role in shaping and delivering growth strategies while ensuring strong operational performance across the business.

‍

Outside of work, Ellie can often be found enjoying long walks with her Australian Labradoodle, Benji, cheering on her children from the sidelines of a football pitch, or heading out for a run to keep active.
