Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water Asset Plans Coming to digdat Utilities This October

We are pleased to announce that Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water asset plans will be available through the digdat Utilities web portal and Api from October. Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water are the latest organisation to add asset data to the 24/7 digdat portal.

As part of the initial onboarding process, existing Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water statutory customers will be given access to their asset plans on the digdat platform. Following go-live, new users will be able to request statutory access to the asset plans through digdat. Supporting evidence will be required as part of the access request process.

digdat has been working with Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since 2019, providing their customers with the In Your Area service through digdat Communications. This hosted communication platform enables organisations to send and receive real-time service notifications via their website, with customers able to request notifications in both English and Welsh.
