Exciting updates coming soon to digdat Utilities

Following the successful launch of our Next Generation digdat Utilities website at the end of 2024, we’re thrilled to announce even more enhancements coming your way.

The new site introduced a modern look and feel, along with features that streamlined the user experience and improved efficiency. But that was just phase one, and we’re excited to now be moving forward with phase two.  

Password Management, launching mid-August!

With this update, we’re making it easier for users to manage their account credentials directly on the new platform. Currently, users must log into our old platform to perform these tasks.

·      Change a password: Visit the Account Settings page on the Next Generation digdat Utilities site to update your password. This password will be synced across both digdat Utilities platforms.

·      Reset a password: Click Forgotten Password on the Next Generation digdat Utilities login page to receive a reset email. Follow the link in the email to set a new password — which will also apply across both platforms.

What’s next?

Over the coming months, we will be rolling out additional features, including:

·      New account registration directly on the Next Generation site

·      Apply for statutory access and upload supporting documentation

·      Refresh access functionality
