Meet the Team

Tim started working for the Anglian Water Group as a Graduate Management Trainee in 1993, since which he has held multiple management roles within the business including Business Manager for Anglian Water Direct, Head of Strategy and Development for Geodesys and Strategy and Development Director of TIDE Services. In January 2021 Tim took on the role of TIDE Services Managing Director where he is responsible for the growth and development of digdat, as well as other brands in the business. 

In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time outdoors and whenever possible heads for the hills to ski, bike or climb. 

Steve joined digdat in 2022 and heads up the team, driving the commercial strategy. 

Previously, Steve worked as a Commercial Director at a technology company which specialised in data integrations, telephone payments and lone worker systems.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys time with his wife and two daughters, helps at the local athletics club as team manager and coach, and is unofficial photographer for Market Bosworth RFC.

Veronika joined digdat in summer of 2018, starting as Platform Owner before becoming Lead Product Owner.

Veronika is part of the digdat strategy team, leading the product management team and responsible for product development and innovation.

Before joining digdat, Veronika gained most of her experience in product development within the banking industry and later worked with start-up companies in the Czech Republic.

In her spare time, Veronika is interested in personal development and wellbeing and enjoys walking, running and discovering new places.

Sandie started with Anglian Water Group back in 2006 within Strategic Asset Management as a Development Analyst. She moved over to digdat in 2010 as Product Development Manager to enhance product offerings introducing the digdat Utilities chargeable self-service solution.

In 2016 Sandie took on the role of Application Support Manager, to provide first and second line support, improve data quality and the maintenance of national and asset data sets for all contracts, websites, systems and services. 

Sandie has a zest for overseas travel, taking every opportunity available to immerse herself in everything that a country has to offer, embracing their culture, customs and not forgetting the cuisine!

Lauren joined digdat in February 2023 as Product Owner, having previously worked as a marketing manager at a health tech company specialising in nutrition software for the academic research sector and healthcare markets. 

Outside of work, Lauren spends time at her allotment, brunching with friends and watching the F1. 

Christabel joined digdat in 2022, bringing with her six years of experience supporting the delivery of digital and non-digital working solutions in private, health and public sectors. 

Christabel is a mother and mentor/coach who loves travelling, meeting new people and meditating. 

Stephen joined digdat in March 2022 as Sales Account and Business Development Manager. Starting his career following a qualification in engineering, Stephen has gained commercial sales experience in the leisure property, system automation, storage networking, M2M, IoT and mobile data sectors and brings this experience to build and widen the digdat customer community.

With three now nearly fully grown children, Stephen finds time for his passion of badly impersonating 70’s and 80’s rock guitar gods and enjoying time with his partner Rose, renovating their new (old) house and travelling.

Lisa has been part of the digdat team since 2021, having joined from Anglian Water. Lisa is the Product Owner for digdat Communications and is responsible for the development of the In Your Area and RNS platforms. 

As well as experience in product implementation and data management, Lisa has an extensive background in customer services marketing communications, managing teams and accounts for numerous blue-chip companies. 

Lisa is interested in mindset growth, psychology and wellbeing, and enjoys a related course, talk or book in her spare time. She also likes scenic walks and gardening. 

Emma joined digdat in 2017, having previously worked in marketing for a large media and entertainment company, in the food industry and also the NHS. 

Emma is responsible for the day-to-day marketing, organising events, planning social media strategy and creating and implementing marketing collateral. 

In her spare time, she enjoys baking (and eating!) cakes, long walks in the country, travelling and spending as much time as possible with friends and family.
