Our 2025 Customer Satisfaction Results Are In

We are pleased to share the results of our 2025 annual customer satisfaction survey and, most importantly, to thank everyone who took the time to share their feedback with us.
Each year, this survey helps us understand how our customers experience digdat in practice and where we can continue to improve. This year’s results were extremely encouraging and reinforce the value our services deliver across the utilities and infrastructure sectors.
Strong satisfaction across our products and service
From this year's responses, 94% of customers told us they are satisfied with our products and service. This feedback gives us confidence that digdat continues to support customers with reliable, practical solutions that fit into real working environments.

Ease of use remains a key priority for us, particularly for teams working in safety-critical and fast-paced environments. This year, 95% of users said digdat is easy to use, highlighting the importance of intuitive systems.

Our people continue to play a vital role in the service we provide. 96% of respondents said they were satisfied with the knowledge of our support team, reflecting the trust customers place in our expertise and responsiveness.

Beyond the data, many customers told us how digdat supports working and better decision making on site. Keeping people safe and informaed remain at the heart of what we do.
