Annual Customer Survey

At the end of last year, we ran our annual digdat Utilities Customer Survey to find out what our customers think about our service and to hear about ways in which we can improve. 

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, delivered by our people and platform, so we were delighted to find out that over 95% of those surveyed were satisfied with digdat. We also heard that 98% of respondents would recommend digdat Utilities to colleagues or other organisations.
