Customer Charter
Anglian Water trading as Geodesys undertakes to:
- Make available to registered users of Digdat access to view the location of Anglian Water’s underground assets and the Virgin Media trench locations.
- Provide this information 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
- Provide system availability in excess of 99% with the exception of planned downtime for maintenance.
- Complete the registration of new users within three days of acceptance.
- Provide a response to all help desk calls within 24 hours (help desk is available during business hours, Monday to Friday).
